When CNN set out to build CNN+, building community was a big part of the plan. Patrick O’Keefe, CNN’s former Director of Community and Interactive Product, spearheaded this effort. Prior to that, he helped media companies like Forbes, Ad Age, Men’s Health, and The Business Journals. All told, he has been building communities and interactive products for 25 years.
