EVP of Sales – DAX US
Jen Louie Oon is the EVP of Sales at DAX US, where she leads monetization strategy, manages a national sales team, and drives revenue growth. She leverages her expertise and & deep network of relationships within the industry to drive revenue and to evangelize her company’s brand. She enjoys being creative by building new lines of business and scaling it across the larger organization.
Jen is also passionate about building connections and driving collective action to serve the local community. She has collaborated with DAX’s leadership team on local charity fundraising efforts, co-led the Community & Belonging division of Spotify’s AAPI ERG, and spearheaded Pandora Women ERG’s volunteer efforts. She is also a mom to two amazing boys and a proud foster parent with her husband.
